If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@intrepidend.com with:
- Your email used for purchase
- The product name
- A brief reason for the request
What’s eligible
- First-time purchases and new subscriptions within the refund window
- Charges made in error (double charges, etc.)
What’s not eligible
- Refund requests outside the 7-day window
- Abuse, fraud, or policy violations
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank and can take several business days.
